There were 3 beautiful crock pots all with delicious food in them. I'm assuming. I didn't get past the crock with the little smokies in it. I love little smokies more than I love life itself. Also, I didn't get pictures of anyone in their costumes because I was too busy taking pictures of the crock pots. By noon the next day, the beef was tender enough that it could be pulled apart by fork. However, the beef seems a little dry. I think next time I'll try more of a sauce -- similar to <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Birria">birria</a> -- that will keep the meat more moist. I would also recommend pulling the meat apart and leaving it in the sauce to simmer for an hour before eating.<br /><br />The onions are delicious! She recently bought a new pot with the removable liner and LOVES it.
